Conference attendees have until August 26 2026, to reserve rooms using the AAUW block discount. If you register and need to cancel, you MUST to do so by 4 PM on September 23, 2026, or 72 hours prior to check-in to avoid a cancellation or no-show fee. No charge is made to your credit card when reserving a room. The credit card is used to hold the room reservation only. If you fail to cancel and don’t show up, then the credit card will be charged. If you do not show up, your credit card will be changed for the entire stay.
Please note that the hotel’s inventory includes a limited number of rooms with two beds. Many rooms in our block feature a single king bed, which reflects the hotel’s standard room offerings. If you plan to share a room, we strongly recommend booking as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of securing a room with two beds.
