Conference Registration

Register to attend the 2026 AAUW Atlantic Regional Conference, September 25–27, 2026, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
 

Registration Includes

  • Friday Dinner
  • Saturday Breakfast and Lunch
  • Sunday Breakfast
 
Saturday Dinner: Optional dine-around experience at local Lancaster restaurants with conference attendees - details will be provided at a later date.

How to Register

Registration requires two steps and applies to all attendees, including those whose AAUW branch is submitting payment.

1. Complete the Individual Registration Form
2. Submit payment either individually or select option noting State or Branch will be paying.


AAUW branches submitting bulk payments must use the Bulk Payment option. Bulk payment alone does not register individual attendees.

Registration is not complete until all required information and payment have been received and verified.

Refund and Transfer Policy

Conference registration fees are non-refundable.

 
  • Serious illness or hospitalization with documentation
  • Natural disasters
  • Government-mandated travel restrictions or declared states of emergency
  • Other unforeseeable events beyond the registrant’s control

Refund requests must be submitted in writing with documentation to:

All refund decisions are final.

Refunds will be considered only in cases of Force Majeure, defined as circumstances beyond a registrant’s reasonable control, including:
 

Transfers

Registrations are non-transferable without approval.
To request a transfer, email arcaauw@gmail.com with:
  • Name of the original attendee
  • Name of the replacement attendee

The replacement attendee must complete the registration form. Registration is not complete until all information and payment are verified.
